My Pilates Practice
I like to keep in mind that Pilates is a practice, not a perfect. Every time I come to the studio I honor where I am at that day in my practice. I don't allow myself to become frustrated by what was or could be in my movement, I try to be present in what my body is currently capable of experiencing.
